Engineering delivery evidence

From backend implementation to customer readiness

Backend implementation

Design and maintain Java application modules for inventory and material-flow workflows backed by SQL databases.

Requirements and technical design

Translate customer workshops and warehouse workflows into SRS documents, system boundaries, technical designs, and implementation plans.

Testing and operational readiness

Plan functional tests, investigate defects, review code quality, and support commissioning into live warehouse operations.

Technical leadership and delivery coordination

Review code, mentor engineers, and coordinate capacity, dependencies, blockers, and readiness with customer and delivery teams.

Applied AI prototype

AI-Assisted WMS Troubleshooting Prototype

Internal prototype - not released

Designed a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) assistant to make warehouse automation troubleshooting knowledge easier to access when inventory or process failures occurred.

Prototype V1

Ran a compact language model on a project server and used RAG to retrieve relevant workflow documentation and diagrams, suggesting where support engineers could begin an investigation.

Planned V2

Would extend retrieval to source-code context and read-only database queries so the assistant could narrow likely failure causes and provide diagnostic guidance without exposing proprietary code to end users.

Work concluded at prototype stage when the role ended; it was not released to customers or operated in production.
